We want you to love your Kosas products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label instantly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
